Privacy policy

What Vertex stores

The desktop application stores your private crosshair presets and settings locally on your computer. If you create an account, we store your email address, display name, authentication sessions, and security metadata needed to operate your account.

Community content

When you publish a preset, its name, crosshair configuration, preview image, creator display name, likes, import count, and moderation reports are stored using Neon and Vercel infrastructure and may be publicly visible.

What we do not collect

Vertex does not upload gameplay, screenshots, running-process lists, or private local presets. Game detection runs locally. We do not sell personal information or use it for third-party advertising.

Retention and deletion

Unpublished content is removed from public view. Security records and moderation reports may be retained where reasonably necessary to prevent abuse or comply with legal obligations. Request account deletion or a data export at privacy@vertexcrosshair.app.

Processors and international transfers

We use Vercel for application hosting and file delivery, Neon for PostgreSQL hosting, and Cloudflare for domain, security, and transactional email services. Their processing locations may differ from your country. We use appropriate provider agreements and limit the information sent to each service.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, or export your personal information and to complain to a supervisory authority. Contact us to exercise those rights.
